An Ebonised bracket clock case had historic exhibition labels stuck to its glazed panels.
These needed to be removed safely and replaced within the case to preserve the information
in a less conspicuous area.
The labels were carefully removed from the historic glass using solvents.
After washing and lining with a Japanese paper the labels were re attached inside the clock case.
